Skip to content We’re Tim and Carolyn, the husband-and-wife team behind Silver Ridge Design Build. We’ve been married 14 years and have 4 kiddos that keep us on our toes. What excites us? Challenge and solutions! We love the challenge of merging individual needs, wants, and lifestyles, with our unique touch, to reveal thoughtfully designed spaces that are visually stunning and authentically meaningful.
Tim began his journey as a carpentry 18+ years ago. Many years of carpentry experience has proved to be advantageous in assessing structural significance and functionality of room spaces. His vast knowledge of the construction industry led to developing Silver Ridge in 2018. Tim is all about adding value to every interaction whether through clients, sub trades, and suppliers, regardless of the scale of the project.
Carolyn has been gifted with a natural eye for interior design and a love for detail. She is often seen collaborating with clients and ensuring every detail is executed. Her involvement in each project spans from concept development, selection procurement, through to handing over the keys.

At Silver Ridge Design Build, we specialize in custom home building, additions, and remodels. Our team works closely with clients to ensure every detail is tailored to their needs and preferences, from initial design to final construction.
Building or renovating a home can be overwhelming. We simplify the process by offering comprehensive services, clear communication, and expert guidance, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients.
1. Initial-Meet with SRDB on site to discuss rough vision and ideas for your home.
2. Concept development- Communications with Project Manager and Designer to design your custom home. We spend time asking many questions i.e. lifestyle, must haves and wishes, interior and exterior finishes. Deposit for architectural plans is given at this time.
3. Architect is brought on board. Floor plans and elevations are developed.
4. Complete architectural drawings set ready for building permit submission.
5. Formal contract is presented and approved by you.
