Initial-Meet with SRDB on site to discuss rough vision and ideas for your home.
Concept development- Communications with Project Manager and Designer to design your custom home. We spend time asking many questions i.e. lifestyle, must haves and wishes, interior and exterior finishes. Deposit for architectural plans is given at this time.
Architect is brought on board. Floor plans and elevations are developed.
Complete architectural drawings set ready for building permit submission.
Formal contract is presented and approved by you.

Pre-Possession walkthrough of the entire home. Information is given on maintenance, mechanical room functions, and our warranty program.
Possession! Time to celebrate the completion of your beautiful home.
